Majority Engine Privacy Notice
Majority Engine is a campaign cashflow planning tool. We collect information needed to create accounts, route users to the right workspace, calculate cashflow, support the product, improve the service, and protect the system.

Definitions
Service Operator means the person or legal entity that owns, operates, develops, administers, provides, or controls Majority Engine at the relevant time.
Majority Engine Parties means Majority Engine, Artemis Queyquep, the Service Operator, and their past, present, and future affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns.
Information We Collect
Majority Engine may collect:
- name, email address, campaign role, organization, campaign, and optional phone number;
- candidate, office, city, state, address, and statement-of-organization reference when submitted during account review;
- campaign workspace settings, cashflow records, buckets, clearing rules, notes, tags, imports, source rows, reconciliation status, exports, and support context;
- donor, contribution, pledge, call-time, processor, bank, vendor, payment, refund, payout, disbursement, and reconciliation information that users choose to import or enter;
- login, access request, approval, terms-acceptance, billing, support, invite, import/export, recovery, workspace activity, and operator-review records needed for security, account administration, service operations, and support;
- limited technical information such as request identifiers, browser metadata, referrer paths, public brief share-link/open events, preview-fetch classification, IP-derived security information, device hints, and diagnostic events.
What We Do Not Want Users To Submit
Do not submit bank usernames, bank passwords, payment processor passwords, private keys, seed phrases, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, unnecessary personal identity documents, or unrelated credentials.
How We Use Information
The Service Operator and Majority Engine Parties may use information to:
- authenticate users and manage workspace access;
- calculate cash on hand, available cash, projected revenue, projected expenses, clearing timing, and burn down;
- help campaign staff import, review, reconcile, and export campaign cashflow data;
- provide account review, onboarding, support, recovery, billing, security, compliance, and product operations;
- investigate security, abuse, data-access, source-restriction, billing, and reliability issues;
- maintain, debug, develop, improve, document, and measure Majority Engine;
- contact users about account, service, security, billing, legal, compliance, support, product, research, feedback, improvement, and marketing matters where permitted by law.
Access And Sharing
Campaign workspace data should be available only to authorized workspace users and authorized service staff with a legitimate product, support, security, billing, recovery, legal, compliance, or operational reason.
The Service Operator may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, support, debugging, and product operations. Service-provider access should be limited to the service purpose.
The Majority Engine Parties may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information for analytics, security, product improvement, service planning, benchmarking, documentation, and business operations.
Majority Engine may add integrations, analytics, reporting, benchmarking, automation, AI-assisted tooling, partner-supported features, successor-operation features, or related services as the product develops. Material changes to data-use practices may require updated notices, reacceptance, additional consent, or opt-out controls where required by law.
Data may be disclosed to service providers, payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, support vendors, professional advisers, legal or compliance recipients, successors, acquirers, affiliates, replacement operators, or other parties involved in a business transfer, merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or wind-down of Majority Engine or related services, subject to applicable law and then-current notices.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying imported data, reconciling account balances, and making sure campaign finance, reporting, fundraising, banking, accounting, tax, and compliance decisions are reviewed by qualified professionals.
Users are also responsible for reviewing source restrictions before importing or reusing public records, vendor exports, FEC data, payment processor exports, bank exports, donor records, call-time notes, or other third-party data. Do not upload data that you are not authorized to use.
Retention, Correction, And Deletion
Majority Engine may retain account, workspace, billing, support, import, export, audit, activity, and legal-acceptance records for as long as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, preserve audit history, and protect system integrity.
Deletion, correction, and export requests may be limited where retention is needed for security, billing, audit, legal, compliance, dispute, source-data, backup, or service-integrity reasons.
